Well I was mega depressed this morning, put on my work pants, (newer ones to accomodate my larger size) and they were snug, so I was really down, so that's it I said I am back on Cambridge. SSing as I can't trust myself with food at the moment. Feel like crying cos don't know where the money is coming from to fund it but I can't carry on like this. So enough is enough, I am doing this!! I don't want to be a heffer anymore!! I won't I won't...
I will get rid of this extra 57 odd pounds forever!!

I have drank 2.5 litres of water so far, I have 39 days worth of stuff, but swopping my shakes & soups for tetras and bars instead.
