Hi Guy's,
Am on day 10 of the cd and today im feeling quite poorly, have been going down with a cold for the last couple of days but today im suffering from flu like symptoms, couldnt even take kids to school although they arnt too well either, sore throats, headaches etc.
Was just wondering if any of the meds for flu are ok to take whilst on Cambridge.
Some good news though, iv lost 1st 3lbs
