I absolutely love them :D

I have 2 myself and plan on rescuing some more once I have a bigger place where I can build them a bigger run. :D

The are the 1st ones I have but they are adorable :D

They are still startled by me  but once they are settled on my laps, they are just so cudly :D

When I used to eat an apple with them on my laps (God, I make it sounds like I have not been eating for years :p), they would compete to see who would reach my apple the 1st :p

Now I am the one envying them, eating hay whenever they want

They help me dieting in their way, as they keep me company :D

Had some many years ago and thought they were lovely...were not as big as a stone weight.

Good to know they are helping you with your diet:)

Any photos?

I don't have pictures, mainly because they fidget everytime I try to take one! I will ask BF to take some when he comes on Thursday.:D

They are so cute....

I remember going home once, crying. And they started licking my hands :D. Not very hygienic, but it was so lovely :D

I'm bit scared of anything smaller than a cat - but I love little fluffly things and the little noises that GP's make is fab... My kids say they want a couple but I'm useless and not sure that I could clean them out - plus my garden faces south so far tooooooo hot in the summer and probably too cold in the winter though we have a conservatory so I could keep them in here..... WAIT stop I'm not getting them!

We love guinea pigs in our house too!!!

We have 3, all girls, nibbles, splodge and blaze:D At the moment they are in the conservatory, I love the way they weeek weeek at me in the morning.

They make great pets, they're so funny, the kids make up assault courses for them in the garden with bits of drainage pipe, they love it, charging around:D Then they like to relax in front of the TV:rolleyes:

I have two pigs also, Ant & Dec, they live in my passage, they have a indoor cage but we dont put a lid on it, they run wild in my passage, they're lovely, they know when I walk in with cucumbers in my shopping even though they are wrapped, they scream like crazy. It is too cold for them, they will be going out when weather warms up, back to there cage. they never venture into my living room, they knoe not to pass the threshold, since they came in last xmas and ate my window xmas lights wires while they were plugged in, mum shown them the feather duster and they have never been in since, Ihave a small poodle called paddy and a large collie called Roxy, they walk in and out of the passage all day long and drink the pigs water, the pigs don't flinch, we should really call Roxy Dyson, cos as soon as I let her in on a morning she runs straight to the passage and eats all the pigs mess.... Dirty Sod she is. But she never ails for anything.

I just gave a bath to my two babes and they were not really pleased :sigh:. I usually don't do it but they went outside 2 days ago and they had mud everywhere over them! I was told that guineapigs can clean themselves, but after 2 days, they were still as dirty. Poor things...:(

I have 6 guinea pigs, we only started out with 2 females but they turned out to both be pregnant when we bought them!
2 months later they presented us with 2 babies each, sooo cute, and we wouldn't be without them. They live in our house with us and you can't walk into the kitchen without being squealed and harrassed! :D
Their names are Ethel, Beryl, Herbert, Dolly, Wilfie and Millie.
