Virtual Assistant?

I have a virtual assistant.
Basically the whole thing works over the net and email. She can see all my work files on a secure site, and I email her my dictation, which she then posts into the relevant files.
She has an extension of our office phone system in her house, so is conected to us all, and can even act as receptionist if we route the calls her way.
It is really popular now, and there are plenty of companies you can work on an agency basis as well.
