Heey Guys!!

Have been away for just under 2 weeks now..was not doing the CD diet as I had a few issues.. Well went back to my CD last night.. and glad to find out that I still stand at 12 stone 6 (started CD IN JAN AT 13 STONE 7)..Decided best time for me to re-start is TODAY! No time like the present eh?

Hope that the next three days go by easily..already have the bad headaches kicking in :sigh:...

Hope u lot are having an easier time than me ... xxx

Hiya East Star and well done on deciding to come back. I admire your resolve - there IS no time like the present but often we keep putting things off till we feel so bad about ourselves we simply eat some more!!!!
I'm sure you will get to goal in no time and continue to feel good about yourself.
Keep posting - good days and bad - we're all in this together
