I'm just wondering how you split the packs, do you guess half and half or measure with spoons? Gosh I sound dim!

I used to measure with a spoon!

I used to use the 'flat' scales. Put my beaker thing on the scales and weigh out 18g, then fold up the packet with the rest in for later in the day.

I use to use scales but found there are 4 slightly heaped teaspoons in a pack.
