Week 3 weigh in on 790..

And only 2lb lost.

So thats 11lb in 3 weeks. I have lost 3 inches off my hips. Nothing off my waist!!

Fantastic well done, don't say "only". 2lb is a great loss and would seem a huge amount if it had been a gain

Well done, I think 11lb in 3 weeks is fabulous.

CD says an average of a stone a month if on SS. You are on 790 (sort of - according to signature), but still likely to hit the average.

I lose around 14lbs per calendar month on 790

Well done, 2lbs is 2lbs nearer toy our goal, and 11lbs in 3 weeks is brilliant.

I was just looking at your ticker and you have about same to lose as me. I was disappointed in week 3 with 2lbs, as I thought I had done really well, but seemed to lose inches that week. We get so hung up on weight losss, but you have lost 3" off your hips - that must be a dress size??? Thats fan-dabby-dozie!!!
