Please forgive me, im very tired, and have been reading this site for over an hour now, great reading, but im stuck, and don't know where to post for guidance, if its in the wrong place, im sorry.
What my problem is i need to loose 1 and a half stone, and i don't know what is best for me, im a fussy eater who can't eat anything first thing in the morning, i don't eat much vegetables, and hardly ever eat cakes, sweets, crisps, or fizzy drinks, i like my 2 glasses of wine on a Friday night though.
Some people think im mad, and say i should just tone up, but im so depressed, i think its middle age spread, i have started to use my exercise bike, and walk when the weathers ok, but i don't like what i see, i know i need to loose weight as well, i just don't know what's best for me, i was thinking of the eurodiet, or the cambridge diet, but as they sound so good, im unsure if i could join for a month or 2, then i thought of slimfast.....sorry to go on, i just don't know what to do
