Why oh why?!

100% all the way!
3rd weigh in and only another 2lbs :(. I don't understand I'm doing everything right but it's coming off soooooooooo slow. I know any weight loss is good but at this rate it will take my years to get to my goal! Sorry to go on but it's getting frustrating now!

Don't panic, if you're doing it right it will come off, please don't get downhearted and give up, stick with it, two pounds is great, and 19lbs in three weeks is fantastic, it's supposed to be a stone a month so you've blitzed that xx

Hi Claire, dont feel too bad hunny, when you look at your weight loss on averge it works out at just over 6lbs a week.
So try to think of it like that.
The huge loss you had in week one was fab, but your body is catching up, give it time you have done brilliantly x

Look at the average, rather than week by week. You've lost an amazing amount in 3 weeks. Don't let a smaller loss push you off the wagon.

Your body is just adjusting to the massive amount you've lost in a few weeks. Well done - you're doing brilliantly

I'm the same, i missed my first weigh in as i was away with work and so on my second weigh in i lost 11lbs (that's in 2 weeks) and then only 1.5, and i have my 3rd weigh in tomorrow, but on my home scales i've only lost 2/3 this week. I've been 100% good and have been drinking my water as well. I know it's disheartening as it is so slow, but if we stick with it, i'm sure it will become quicker..we can do it!

What other diet would you lose 19lbs in 3 weeks? CD state that you will lose a stone per month (on average) you beat that in your first week!!!! It will start to come off a bit quicker over the next few weeks, wait and see.

Don't give up Claire you have done brilliantly.

Susan x

Well ideally about 13 stone! thats why I thought it would come of a bit quicker as I have alot of weight to lose!!!

Anyway thanks for all your answers, I WILL persist and hopefully I will have a bigger loss next week!

:flowers: Thanks x x

how much do you have to lose in total? Anyway, just see what happens next week - I'm willing to put a £1 on you losing at least 3lbs rather than 2 (and I might even back you losing 4lb)
