I'm back

Well I don't know if any of you remember me, I was on these forums a year or so ago and although they helped me I was not in the right frame of mind. I stopped cambridge and tried weight watches and slim fast but was not happy with the slow pace so on the 2nd of January I started up on cambridge again and feel more determined than ever as I have a real goal in mind. Since I last posted I have chucked my useless boyfriend to the curb, moved into a new house, got a gym membership and had some therapy for me. Since I started I have shed 26 pounds and lots of inches and nothing is going to stop me this time - I should know, I live with my sister and her partner who eat nothing but the naughty foods. Does not phase me.
Well at the end of August I am going away to some friends (a huge group of us) and unfortunately my ex will be there too. He and they last saw me in November. They won't see me again til this event and by that time my councellor and I predicted a 9 stone weight loss. I really can't wait to see his face and also my friends. A real goal which means I will be successful.
Really nice to see everyone else doing well still.

Good luck on your CD journey, it's great that you have a definate aim and if I were you, I'd also be determined to make the transformation to show off to your ex. That'll be such a confidence boost! Knock'em dead Bird! ;D
