Avocados...?

Hello
Does anyone know if Avocados are free on SW? My books are in the car so I can't go and check them and I really fancy one for lunch. I know they are a fruit but I know they have a quite high fat content too, albeit essential fats

hi just looked it up and sorry it is 13.5 on both if you have a whole avarage size 28g is 2.5 on both.
Hope this helps

Flippin eck! I'm surprised by that you know because although they're high in calories it's not like it's BAD calories.

Well if you don't want to eat it you can always mix it with olive oil and use it as a hair mask
