Fitness/Work out DVDs from the library.

Hello!

I was at my local library today and I found out they have a media section downstairs so I went down for a look and to my surprise they had quite a few fitness dvds.

I have never tried a fitness dvd and I think if I bought one from a shop I'd get bored and stop using it.

At my local library it costs £2 to take a dvd home for a week.

So if you like fitness dvds, get yourself down to your local library and see what they have!

:D

I'm glad I just rented it out, I didn't like the one I had last week, REALLY HARD!

Going back today to get a new one :)

Hi Summer , which workout did you have last week that you did not like ?

Hello!

I had the ministry of sound pump it up workout.

I liked the music but I did not like the super fit gorgeous girls doing the workout. It is a really hard work out, I was sweating after about 10 minutes.

Yeah!! It is quite confusing and I felt silly doing it all the gyrating and thrusting in front of my telly in the front room haha.

I have absolutely no co-ordination at all! That;s why I like the Davina Power of 3 workout, no complicated steps in it whatsoever and everything is really effective

I bought a Pasha one, not fully realising what it was. just soft porn really:rotflmao:
okay i might be being a bit unfair but if i want to watch girls shaking their bits at me then i'd pick something other than a fitness dvd!
Unless you look like them, then youre just going o get a complex i think.
Thats why i love my harvey walden one, the people in it are no oil paintings and they are real people.
