Hi i'm on my first AAM week and it's best to stick with whats in the book, that way you know your sticking to the diet 100%. I've had cottage cheese on chopped cucumber,not to keen so i've been having very small diced chicken on top of mixed lettus which is lovely and i'm sticking to the right weight and measurments (maybe a little over with lettus). I'm not very exciting i know lol but i was dreading this week so i'm sticking at what works for me. Good luck let us know what you decided to have. x x Jo x x
