Day 6 CD is this normal?

I have a really bad upset stomach today. No Idea why I havent cheated and I've been drinking loads of water. I've done CD and LL before and gone over 2 months and never had this.


Is this normal?

I did - and still go from one extreme to the other and I've done both LL & CD.
I've found it not quite so bad splitting packs up specially the first one of the day xxx

Thands time I'm in agony though. I've never had these sort of pains before

I wasnt in any pain, just kept having to go over and over again & although it wasnt alot when its every time you wee you end up with a very very very sore bummmmmmm!!!! If you're in any pain it might be something else, maybe wait re-post and ask one of the CDC's online hun xxxx
