Hi all, is any one doing Atkins on here, be nice to chat to some fellow dieters, as i am new at it and not sure if iam doing it right, have just come off Cambridge so decided atkins was the best to go straight to,

My brothers just done Atkins to lose weight to get into the RAF I may give it a go soon as i seem to be coming to a complele standstill on my diet Good luck !

Yeah, i was thinking i would do atkins after cambridge too but low fat. Not so much cheese!! Have you come to a standstill? 2 pounds a week is still ok isnt it? I havent lost ANY this week and just feel sick about it.
