Induction Low Carb breakfasts

Hi all

The only time I have been successful at losing (and keeping off) weight was when I did Atkins about 8 years ago. I have since tried to start again and failed, however, I want to give it another go as I always found it the only diet where I wasn't hungry. My only problem is that I don't know what to have for breakfast. I think I had too many eggs when I did Atkins before and now my stomach turns at the thought of scrambled eggs for breakfast! I saw these the other day which look good but does anyone else have any other ideas for breakfast?

Thanks!

Check out the meal ideas thread about 5 posts below this one. Quite a few ideas there and you can always eat a more traditional lunch or dinner food for breakfast. I very rarely have eggs for breakfast - in fact I want to try and have them more often.

A flax mim or flax porridge may work for you.
