evening all I'm new.
I joined minimims this evening because today is my frst day on the cambrodge det and im starting to feel like a water balloon, I have drunk 2l with another 1l planned before bed.


My journey will be a long one as have alot to lose, i weighted in at 19st 11 yesterday... ouch.. i need to do a ticker and set a goal i think

definatly set yourself some mini goals, makes this journey slightly easier :)
 
I'm taking mine 7lb at a time, I've set myself a monthly time frame for it. Maybe see how your first weigh in goes and go from there :) remember to be realistic :)
