I mean it this time too !!
I'm trying to go solo to start with rather than follow a fixed plan. I'm eating less - and healthier - and on a greatly increased water intake.
I've weighed this morning because it's just too tempting not to - though I'm not meant to until Saturday. I've lost 10lb since 6th Jan and am a very happy bunny.
If I get to a plateau - I'll go Cambridge. Otherwise, I'm going for excercise and healthier diet and cutting out the bad carbs and fats.
