Cruise PV Lettuce wraps

I'm sure there must be a recipe for these somewhere on here but these are ones I made today and they are quite edible!

Stuff, and sorry I really didn't measure anything, it's all really as you like:

800g turkey mince
tbspn szechuan seasoning**
garlic powder
onion powder
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 large carrot, grated or julienned
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
mushrooms, chopped
soy sauce

** I don't know what this is or where to buy it, the only stuff I could buy ended up having lots of cornflour and potato flour so, so I just eyeballed a mix of ginger powder, coriander powder, cayenne pepper, salt, hot madras curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder and crushed red pepper, also added a touch of sweetener but that's optional to be sure.

Method:
Dry fry the turkey mince with the spices and when nearly done add the veg and soy sauce and let cook for maybe half an hour, you want the veg to wilt.
Roll up into lettuce leaves and dunk into the garlic-ginger marinade or sweet chili sauce (those recipes are on this thread somewhere) or if you're lazy like me just dunk into some reduced-sodium soy and munch away!

Dobar apetit (a bit of Serbian from my recent visit there :))

I also think for those with families this will be a hit, maybe just served with some rice on the side :)

I've done this. Used fajita seasoning in the mince. Fromage frais as a dollop on the top. Almost as good as fajita wraps. yum x
