So here goes.....my starting weight is...

I need to pick one and stick to it!! Lol I was thinking about trying a points based one, need one that I can stick to rather than a fad one :eek:/
 
Good luck! you can do it! Try SW? ITried but I'm terrible for calorie counting though! I do it on everything so just decided to stick to that coz its obviously working for me!
 
If you decide to calorie count and have a smartphone download myfitnesspal. Amazing app. that has really helped me
 
19st - only a 1lb loss but I didn't expect a good week as me and my boyfriend went to London for a couple of days to see a show so lots of eating out!!

I'm aiming just to get below the 19st mark by this time next week :eek:)

I'm sure you'll be ok I started only a month ago and I was 19st 13.5lbs and i want to be around the 13st mark, if we keep going I'm sure we will get to the end of our journey's keep going :)
 
18st 13lbs.........below the 19st mark but only just!!! The problem isn't so much what I eat but that I don't do enough to burn it off. I am off work this week so hopefully I can get out and about. My aim for the next weigh in is 3lb, laters guys :)
 
18st 12lb.......I know I should be happy with any loss but just 1lb is a bit disappointing :eek:( Well no point in feeling sorry for myself, onwards and upwards (or downwards as the case may be lol
 
A pound in 4 days is really good. That means you have a 3500 calorie deficit which is a big deficit in 4 days. Keep on going you are doing great!
 
18st 9lb.......3lb loss this week which I am really glad about because my doctor thinks I might be diabetic and there is no way I am taking the squirty bum pills so I need to up my game!
