Hi please help

Can anyone advise how many syns Light Philadelphia Sweet Chilli is per 28g or how many syns per 20g.

Can you class this as a healthy extra A too?

Thanks in advance, only joined SW on Thursday and new to all this after many years of WW.

2 syns per 25g hun and its not a HEA, only a HEB but only on the green plan
