I lost 5lbs on Thursday not a massive loss but I had been sticking to low carb for the week before so prob shed a bit of water weight then. That's what I'm telling myself anyway lol

Well done, I'm sure you're right, the water weight starts coming off as you start low carbing, at least it does for me. 5lbs is fantastic especially bearing that in mind.
