Hi all
Just a quick bit of info about me. This is my 2nd attempt at lipotrim, i lost 3 stone 3 years ago and managed to keep it off. Well, until i gave up smoking 15months ago. Unfortunately in that time i have put 5 stone on!

I knew i was very much over weight as i am struggling with everyday things. I have a very active job and i must say my hips and ankles are killing me. I didnt realise how overweight i am until i decided to go and get the shakes today. All i can say is i must be in denial or stupid. I am huge and didnt realise how huge! Nevermind, onwards and upwards. I never joined this forum last time but i know i am going to need all the support i can get.

I will be starting again monday, im sure i will be posting lots,

Hi Sarah
I started lipotrim a week and a half ago . I couldn't believe it when I stepped on the scales feel like I have had my head in the sand for the past few years . I have never done lipotrim before but did lose a couple of stone on Cambridge diet although I wasn't doing it 100% . My first weigh in was Monday and I lost 9lb I was so happy and can't believe how much better I am feeling already and am managing to keep to the plan . Good luck with your weight loss x

Hi Joanne,
Wow 9lb loss, thats fantastic. Bet you are so pleased with that? This diet is so easy to follow because of its simplicity, but its also one of the hardest.
Ive had my head buried in the sand for way too long aswell. But now that has to change, i cant live like this anymore.
It will be great to have this forum to log onto, didnt the last time. I look forward to hearing about everybodies excellent loses.
Sarah x

Hi Sarah, good luck today. Think positive, lots of water, you can do it. I have my shakes 1pm 5pm and 9pm, which works well for me and gives me something to 'eat' in the evening as my partner likes to eat lateish x x x

Hi kay, you have done so well. if i do half as well as you i will be over the moon. I am just building it up to more than it actually is. I really want to do this and have to for my health. I am going to keep coming on here for support and motivation. At the moment i am stressing about going to work tomorrow, i work 12 and a half hour shifts and find it difficult to drink enough. But i am going to try my best.

Sarah once you get through the first couple of days it will get easy, am only on day five but I feel great and am not hungry at all, the first day was the hardest for me, but i just kept telling myself this is gonna be worth it. Wish you the best of luck with you first day .

Take a 2l bottle of water in with you to work and I think you'll be surprised how quickly it will disappear, and try and fill it up again if you can. Your bladder will adjust after a little while and you'll need to go less often although it feels like your're getting rid of half a lake sometimes ;)

There's usually someone about on here. Great support, I wouldn't have done this without lots of help from 'friends' on here x x x

Hi Folks

I've been reading your posts for the past week.
Not doing anything just reading...

You are, each and every one of you, an incredible inspiration.

I know I have to get rid of this weight and you have given me the mental kick to start.

I've booked my appointment and will start on Friday this week.

In advance, thank you.

Audrey.

Hi Audrey! Welcome to the forum and well done for doing the hardest thing... making the decision to do something about your weight!

You can still talk to us in the meantime (please do) and good luck for your start on Friday.

Best wishes

Thanks kay,
I have no problems drinking a good amount when im off work, but when im in work im really lucky if i manage a cup of tea during the day. Last time i did this diet i worked short shifts so it wasnt so much of an issue. I will keep you posted on how much i manage tomorrow.

Hi Audrey, it's great to hear you feel motivated to start the diet. It really is worth while. Good luck with your appointment next week. It may be worth watching the lipotrim video on their website before you go, it answers lots of questions.

Wishing you the best of luck.

Sarah and Audrey - you can do this!!!!! :D
