Disappointed

So this is my 3rd time around on Lipotrim. the first time I did very well, lost 11 lbs the first week.
the second time i lost 8lbs. I couldn't stick with it. Grazed during the first week, off by the 2nd week. (Had my first baby 6 month before...was tired and not ready to diet)

now I've committed to this. Finished week 1 100% true. Only lost 7lbs.
i feel like crying

Oh don't feel downhearted. 7lb is fantastic, it might not be as much as you lost before but it's still HALF A STONE!! It may take a while for your body to catch up with the plan or it may be that you wasn't retaining as much water this time. Don't give up. I'm sure the scales will surprise you next week!! x

Like Amy says, 7lbs is great!!! The main thing is you are committed to this this time, you are in it for the long haul, and 7lbs is 7lbs nearer to your goal! Stick with it hun!

I lost 11 in my first week first time round and after a few false starts after that I restarted again last week. I lost 5 lbs this week which I'm not going to get disappointed about its still a big step in the right direction.

Thank you all...and sorry, I guess I just needed to moan about it. Lol. I would say the same encouraging things to anyone who has lost 7 lbs, I don't know why it's just so hard to see the positive when you are looking at yourself.

You have no need to be sorry. And you are right, it is much harder to see the positive in ourselves, especially when we have high expectations. I would have felt the same as you hun, was just trying to help you see it in a good light. I have a horrible feeling I'm going to be disappointed with my weigh in tmw, based on my scales at home, and it's going to be tough but whatever I lose will be better than a gain, which is what was happening before I started LT! Keep hanging in there!

Good luck with you weigh in today. You a right, whatever you lose is better than a gain! I will have to remind myself of that one! You're stats are looking fantastic, you've had a brilliant 2 weeks and this week just adds to it! Our starting stats and goals are quite similar; I'm looking forward to seeing your progress!

Bah! Just 2lbs off this week, but like I said, 2 off is better than 2 on. I am really bloated so I'm hoping it's because I have a period coming....they are all over the place so it's hard to know! At least I was prepared for it to be a rubbish weigh in. Here's to a better weigh in next week.

Go get some tins from your cupboard - you know, beans, catfood, whatever...
An average tin is 400g...

8 of those is what you've lost - 8 tins!!!!

You should be proud, you've done well! :)
