Hi guys,

I'm planning on following JUDDD and using SF to help on DD, I began at midnight.

I've got 2 night shifts in a row tonight and tomorrow so was going do my days as midnight-midnight and have both as DD because I don't eat a lot when I'm on night shifts as my body is all out of sync! (I don't do night shift regular, just when the hospital ward is short staffed!)

Would this be okay? Then follow it by 2 UD sat/sun then I'm planning in having my DD as mon, wed,fri.

Hope this makes sense!

I'm getting married in 10 weeks and am desperate to lose some weight and feel good about myself on the big day rather than a big blob in White haha! My start weight is 17st 12lb

Hello! Welcome to JUDDD. It's a fantastic way of eating. You sound very positive and what you plan on doing sounds good to me. I also do Mon, Wed and Fri as DD's and Sat and Sun both as UPS and so far it's going well. Good luck with your weightloss journey. :D
 
Thank you! I decided to have a UD day today with doing a night shift tonight then will have a DD tomorrow when I'm in bed most of the day haha!!! Im doing it midnight to midnight at the moment with my shifts and using SF shakes on my DD to make it easier to control my calorie intake!

Nearly at the end of my DD - roll on midnight when I can run into a tuna pasta salad on my night shift.

It's been okay today, I had a yoghurt and a slice of toast at 4am then a bowl of soups, some velvet crisps and a custard cream at 5pm when I woke up x
