Hello everyone,
I've been hugely off track since I got back to England so I'm starting ww again properly today! My weight's still hovering around 11st 7 but I know I can make it to goal if I just put my mind to it!!

Wednesday's food:
Breakfast: branflakes and milk, small oj 6pp
Lunch: something from work, I'm in a meeting all day and they're feeding us. 10pp for half a sandwich, a juice and some chocolate bite things.
Dinner: whatever my mum puts on the table! Luckily it's normally SF friendly but it does make it harder to plan when I'm not cooking.

16pp so far

Morning!

I am genuinely really pleased that you have restarted so much so yesterday afternoon I thought, shall i just eat what I like this arvo and start a fresh on Thursday as that will be my WI day but I chose not to as I knew that you were getting back on it today. So, you have to stay on the straight and narrow to keep me there... no pressure! x

Haha, hopefully that'll keep me in line as well. I wish I had a bit more control over what I was eating today but at least ww means I can keep track of it. Just need to save as many points as possible for my birthday on Saturday! James is visiting so we're going to a really great Indian place in Islington and then to a comedy night at a pub round there. I'm really excited! It's like a proper London night out. :D

Didn't you know that food is free on your birthday?! it's called birthday rights!!

I have a proper London night out next Thursday as it's someone's leaving do at work so I will be getting the train down at lunchtime x

Yay! I haven't yet. I feel a bit guilty spending the money because I'm meant to be saving for a flat deposit.

Just pointed up my lunch - 10pp! Damn you m&s!

Snap... we are just having an extension built and the pot of money is already looking very light. I have just listed a load of stuff to sell on ebay so I feel a bit better about it! x

I just found an app called point tracker, it cost me a pound but it's so much better than the value app! It's got all the supermarket stuff on it and restaurant things too! :)

Is this it?

The photo's not coming up on my phone so here's a screen shot. Or I'll have a look when I get home. The one thing it doesn't have is SF.

Just fell up the steps from the tube running for my train. What an idiot!! I've properly skinned my knee and I can't feel my toes! I think I really shocked the man nearby, he seemed really really concerned! (and was fairly hot and in a suit so it's not all bad!) ;)

I think so. The layout's better and I can actually find things on it. The things on the value app always seem to be entered as 0 when I look them up!

For £1 it's definitely worth a go!

How're you all getting on ladies? I had some wine last night out of my weeklies but I'm feeling much more positive about this. My head's definitely in the right place!

Today's food:
B: cinnamon and raisin bagel with lurpak 8
L: butternut squash and red pepper soup made in my new slow cooker 0 2x slices of bread 4
D: butternut squash and feta nut roast 8, potatoes 4
S: caramel wafer 2

26/27
