suddenly very hungry

Hi

this is my 4ft week on lipotrim... i have stuck to the rules completely.

Just this afternoon all of a sudden I have felt very, very, very hungry... like 2 hours before i would normally have my second shake.

whats happening? I'm really upset - I haven't felt this hungry in 4weeks! I dont understand what could have suddenly changed?

I am also on the 4th week, and also very hungry today! I have been ok so far and not eaten a thing the whole time I have been doing it. Today I had to go shopping and found it really hard. I am craving "Saturday night food" - for me that means curry, or something like that. I dont cook on saturdays so it is usually a take away or eating out. I really want to eat today and I am having a battle in my head with should I or shouldnt I. Think I am going to have to go to bed really early to get over this one. :(

I know what you mean about cravings, its not that though its actual hunger pains, they are unmistakable!! I'm not craving anything today, I'm and just plain hungry.

I was worried I was out of ketosis somehow - but I have tested my wee wee just now and ketones are still very much present so... ?

I dunno... just doesnt make much sense why I would suddenly become so hungry...

Is there anything happening today that might have triggered the 'hunger'? Only sometimes psychological hunger masquerades as the real thing.

I think the important thing is how you deal with it. Perhaps split your shakes up to drink in the times in between. Maybe even take an additional one. If you really must eat something then make sure it's all lean protein to preserve ketosis.
 
Hi guys im feeling totally the same, Im on week 3 and haven't been hungry once. The last 2 days i have been sstarving hungry!! I even felt really sick yesterday with hunger. I too thought that it is probably psychological but my stomach is actually rumbling frantically!! I will not give in, no way but its not nice!

P.s My bf just had a curry!!!!!!

I agree with what Plus is suggesting here hun. Is it more of an emotional hunger where you would normally have headed for your comfort food? Just wondering.

Is it not enough water possibly?

I think it actually could be not enough water for me to be honest, I cant telerate the stuff anymore! x

I know what you mean about the ruddy water!!:sigh: I did struggle at first when I was SSing on CD but then I decided to drink it warmish and oh was it sooo much easier to tolerate as I was already feeling cold.

Have you tried that at all?

Well usually im a very big water drinker, thats all i drink except fresh orange maybe! Anyway i can only drink it ice cold literrally but you're right im freezing! Thats what is probably putting me off, I might try cooled boiled water?

You're welcome hun and I'm sure it will help. I hate being cold and when you are the last thing you want to do is drink iced water!!! :eek::D
 
Exactly and im cold at the best of times! Think ive only had about 2/3 pints today! I'll definitely try that tomorrow and ditch the hunger :) x
