Flavourings

Hi

I am just wondering, on SS are we allowed flavourings such as nutmeg, cinnamon, curry powder etc?
 
On LL we are only allowed tabasco. Not sure if that helps!
 
1g of curry powder can be added to the soups, comes with a warning though that it could cause hunger, do not attempt until week 3.

Same with nutmeg, cinnamon wait until week 3 then see if they make you feel hungry, test for ketosis.

Some people are more carb sensitive than others.
 
Chives are from the onion family so the answer is no we can't have it!
