Day 1 of James Duigan's clean and lean diet.


Breakfast: 50gms scrambled eggs and 50gms smoked salmon.

Lunch: fillet of smoked cod grilled with sliced cucumber.

Snack: 1 thin slice of beef with handful raw cashew nuts.

Dinner: 100gms baked fillet steak with griddles courgettes and 1/4 avocado.

Snack: 1 teaspoon hummus with chopped red peppers.

2 litres of water. 1 cup of coffee. 3 cups green tea.

Honk for day one!!
 
Breakfast: smoked salmon (10gms) plus 6 cashew nuts and 1/4 chopped cucumber.

Had a sneaky peek at the scales and weighed in at 11st2lbs!whoo!!
 
Lunch: 44gms grilled lamb cutlet with fat trimmed off, 1/2 avocado, red pepper and spinach.

Snack: 75gms grilled chicken with one chopped tomato.

Feeling the carb withdrawal now!
 
Breakfast: 50gms smoked salmon with 1 scrambled egg

Lunch: 2 egg omelette with tomato

Snack: 50gms grilled lamb

Dinner: Grilled salmon fillet with boiled spinach and 1/2 avocado.

Snack: 1 tbsp hummus and chopped red pepper

Honk days 2 & 3!
 
Hey mrs clean and lean! I've gone back to lipotrim TFR for the moment but will definitely be back on the clean and lean plan once I'm done. Good luck with it :)
