Now down to a size 14. Not on CD at the moment as my head is still not in the right place. weighed myself this morning and i am down to 10 stone 7lbs. getting there slowly. hope everyone is ok and things are going well.

would love to be 10-7 ............ so envious of you xx should you be in size 12 at that weight ? xx

Thanks Delli. I amok, getting by one day at a time, still finding things hard and having bad days but I guess that's life.
