im back and looking for advice/tips and a new counseller

hi everyone,
i did do this diet biefly last yr but to be honest didnt really stick to much it, my cd wasnt much help anyways im bk now and im goingg to stick to it! i live in sunderland tyne and wear if anyone knows of any cds?
