I am re-starting Cambridge Diet on Monday next – currently at all time heaviest weight of 16 stone. Got to 10 stone with Lipotrim in 2006, stayed that weight for approx 2 weeks and then started the re-gain. I got married in September last year at 12 stone (had reached 14 but lost 2 before the wedding with Cambridge). Have been totally out of hand for the last few months and have gained a massive 4 stone in the last 4 months – horrific. So have the packs got and am ready for a re-start!
So, the question I have – people who have lost and re-gained and are trying for the second time. What’s different this time? How are you going to loose all that and not pile it on again? What can I do – stuff to read, prepare for ending better? I am on this again cause it’s re-start or die from obesity eventually. Last time I finished I just went crazy and was scared how quick the weight went back on. How have people who have maintained managed?
