Well actually that's maybe a little exaggeration...
I've joined the gym at work in an attempt to tone up and hopefully avoid too much loose skin. Tonight I had my induction, I explained all about CD etc and so have got a programme that mainly involves toning, and gentle walking etc.
I decided I'd just do a bit on the cross trainer and treadmill tonight to ease myself into it...2 hours later I can hardly move! I am soooo stiff, I dread to think how I will feel tomorrow morning Who says exercise is good for you???
