EERRMM... the main the thing to check is WATER- have you drank enough today? Sometimes if I was feeling off that would be the culprit when I counted up my pints etc.... try drinking more??
Have you recently started on the bars? or a new flavour of bars? sometimes they make people a bit.. well- WINDY!!! with a sore tummy but this usually passes.
Hope you feel better hun- don't give in to the FOOD demons!
