I thought it was about time i stopped reading everyone elses posts and started one myself.
Today is day 1 of week 2 and I'm feeling great but still have lots of questions. I had my first weigh in last night which was a bit of a nightmare as my CDC's scales came up with a different weight each time i stepped on them! She went with 4lb loss but the others I have used said 7lb either way im trying to focus on what I know: I've lost weight and feel better than ever
As I'm feeling positive I thought it would be a good idea to think of some exercise. I am going to start walking with the little one (weather permitting) but want something to do at home but not to exhausting.
Does anyone use any exercise dvd's? I want something gentle so that im doing something other than sitting on the sofa in the evening. Im also hoping that if i start to move around a bit more a might start to warm up as im freezing!
