I am wishing my life away...I can't wait for January to be over...not in a bad way, just anticipation for each weigh-in, and the achievement of completing a month!

Here I go again! I get all emotional when I read all your comments. I am really chuffed ) On my way home I was fighting the demons in my head saying "only 4lbs!!" but then I had another thought..... the same way I was shocked at my weigh in at the Dr's (to get my form signed) I had no idea I was 20st 13lbs and I was upset and thought "WHAT!!! where did that come from"( I did the sums and I am now 19st 7lbs!
These pesky pounds do add up when you are 'going up'....but every pound makes a big difference when you are 'going down'!
I am aiming for 1 stone per month so I am hoping to do 4lbs a week....started wearing a belt around my work trousers(22's), I do now have a smaller pair that I can get into(20's), but I like the fact I have to keep pulling the old ones up!!

...and you've gone from being close to 21 stone to 19 and a half!!!! Amazing!!!! You should be chuffed, it's ruddy brilliant, stay strong hun!!
