Not needing as much sleep

Oh yeah, big time!!

I used to spend hrs tryin to get to sleep and now I'm sleepin' 'properly' plus when I get up my head is so much clearer. Much much easier to get outta my bed.

(plus my bladder usually wakes me quite early!!:))

Ive been finding this too spanner(well now I just feel rude lol), also less lethargic in the afternoons so that mid-day slump has all but gone. I think its because instead of our bodies working thru the night tryin to digest any late night feeds its actually resting! Also - we are no longer constantly filling ourselves with food - which is really only meant to be our body's fuel - so we sleep easier and deeper because our body is actually tired from having used all its fuel instead of just tired from consuming a huge sunday lunch. Do you know what I'm saying? I'm not sure I'm explaining myself well. This is just my opinion - hope it helps. GOOD LUCK!!

Yeah same here, Im finding i can't get to sleep at night. Im going to bed about 11pm and not sleeping until about 12! I used to be asleep at half ast 10! I am too finding it much easier to get up in the morning, which is good having a 14 month old! I am loving hoe I feel throughout the day, not lethargic and very rarely tired at all. I think noticing this will make it much easier or me to adjust my eating habits later on...its clear that the bar of galaxy i would have in the afternoon was giving me a short term sugar rush!! No more xx

Its because your body isn't being clogged up processing dairy and white carbs which make you feel groggy and lethargic. This is the feeling that people have who eat healthily and get all the correct nutrition. Its just a shame that its taken all of us so long to experience it!!!! I'm keeping hold of this feeling ready for when I'm eating again - I don't want to go back to slobbing about!
