Hi,

Just wondering if Oolong Tea is ok on LT??

thanks x

Oolong tea is just a form of green tea - we can have it on CD so I guess you would be ok with it on lipotrim too

Is that the stuff advertised as an aid to weight loss eg on Oprah?

Oolong tea is lovely to drink if you find green tea too weak.

On CD we can only have teas from the leaf too, not from the fruit or the flower

Oolong tea is just a semi fermented version of regular leaf tea - so as long as you're allowed normal black tea then oolong will be fine too.

nice one! was wondering that myself!

I am sooo glad that I read this thread! I was tempted to buy some oolong tea, but as I HATE tea (black tea, green tea) I would have been greatly out of pocket! I will stick to eating less me thinks when I come off SS!:strikeout_button:

You should try peppermint tea (I'm always on and on about it :p), I've become addicted as like u I hate black tea :) And its one more flavour. I'm not sure bout u guys but its fine for Lipotrim and I think they're pretty similar.

At last fellow tea hater. I think we are a definate minority! I had peppermint tea when I did lipotrim (now on CD), BUT had to have it with a sweetener and I don't like sweet things. I will have to do it again, cos there is only so much weak coffee I can drink. Sometimes I would of had a drinking chocolate made with water and a dash of milk, but thats it. Thanks for the rep!

I absolutely love tea with milk but hate it without!! Strange!! I read on some thread a suggestion about sprinkling little but of vanilla shake into tea it tastes similar as milk. I haven't tried as I'm not mad about vanilla, plus very sweet. I don't know if you could do something similar on CD.
