Just happily glugged a bottle of touch of fruit during my course this afternoon. Picked it up on the way and hadn't really paid too much attention as all the other ones I buy have been ok.......just checked out the nutritional content.....300 calories!!!!!!!! I had picked up the original rather than the sugar free bloody version.

Definitely not on list for RtM - but how much damage could it really have done? Any suggestions on how to mitigate the effect, or do I just put it down to experience and move on? Feel really cross with myself for not paying attention to the labels properly, but was so pleased to finally have sugar free drinks in my life again!

AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHH!!

Thanks - I think a gym trip is well advised, I will go and have a run I think, and not stop until I have burnt 300 cals off lol!

Thanks guys - I hit the gym and ran/cross trained 600 cals - that should make up for it! Will also do the water thing just in case!

Miss Betthany - my before and after pics are on the success story thread if you would like to see! Will get some better ones posted over the weekend though.

Oh Leesy you are so good, turning a negative in to a positve, well done.

Thanks Lady - I was very pleased with my ultimate reaction, as I worried this unintentional slip would send me off into a 'well I've blown it now....' attitude. Perhaps my way of thinking really has changed after all!

Got to agree with you there this diet is changing me slowly, as I am definately not an Angel all the time.

I find now that when I have a blip, they are really tiny ones and I am back on track almost immediately. Staring to feel that I am in control of what goes in my mouth.
