Hi I have Movicol Paediatric plain in the house am I able to take 2 sachets without knocking me out of ketosis.

Pain relief has to come first surely. Worry about ketosis later.

When I was on LL I was told it would knock me out of ketosis as it's lemon flavour but needs must if you are desperate! I took dulcolax.

You can't take dulcolax!! It can make you very unwell whilst on a VLCD!

Plain Fibregel is fine

Whitey,

I use Movicol all the time and it has done me no harm, or made me feel hungry. Mine is plain, not flavoured.

I was advised by CDC that Cambridge recommend Dulcolax.
