Hi everyone
I started on the CD SS last thu and am going for my first weigh in today, I was on lipotrim last year with a good result but as usual put it all back on and more after falling off the wagon following special birthday treat by DH, I have no one to blame but myself bad eating habits and wine. I am now 14st 3 the heaviest ive ever been, my weight chart reckons i should be about 8st ive never been that in my life so im aiming for size 12. I have to say on a positive the CD is so much better than LT purely because of the variety in the shakes, but I have found myself thinking about food more than ever, I am coming to my TOTM so I am blaming this for my low mood and the total unfairness of the world.
I have managed the first week ok by keep telling myself I am not being made to do this I am choosing to do it, as i dont ant another miserable summer covering myself up, and the stories on here are an inspiration, particularly the slide show.
I have loads of questions mainly in preparation for the future and eating again also coping with social occasions, but i will post later after ive been weighed with hopefully a decent loss.
