Hi again can anybody help it's probably a obvious question but how do you get the weight chart up on your threads. Please advise.

If you mean a ticker (to show how much weight you have lost/want to lose), then you have to have posted a certain number of times before you can do it. This thread will help you:

Hi thanks for that i've done it clever me next question how do you change the ticker each week?

you click on your ticker and it'll open a page. Then you can use your password to update your current weight xxx
