Can you all send some support my way please!

I have my second weigh in on wednesday and I can honestly say I have not been hungry... However its that time of the month and I just keep thinking about chocolate!!!!

Also I found an old weight loss diary from 10yrs ago wth some pics that I think i don't look to bad in... the first heading was... OMG I have let myself get so fat! This time I am going to do it!!! Well obviously I didn't and I am 4 stone heavier than then!!!!!!!

It has really hit home how I have let myself go and I feel really crap about myself tonight....

I am not going to cheat as I want this more than anything right now.... but could do with some positive vibes!

Hiya Anne here are some positive vibes coming your way :vibes::vibes::vibes:the best of luck for your weigh in. You have my sympathy's for totm I always get the totm munches and it is awful so I know exactly how you feel. Keep your chin up you can do it and were all here for any support you may need.

I think that dieting should be renamed life change - because a diet is something you do short term and then put the weight back on again. you need to change your lifestyle and eating habits permanently in order for the weight to stay off. Just consider it a healthier lifestyle than a diet and it never seems so bad!

I really needed that..... I think sometimes the amounts involved seem insurmountable, but as you say Kristell I am thinking of it as a lifestyle change.....

It;s funny because before I started I thought to myself, if I can just lose 2lb a week, that will be nearly 4 stone in 6 months.... and when I look back at the past 6 months it has flown past in a blur.... so...
Now today I am looking at these pics of 10yrs ago and thinking, Ok curvy bum, small tum, cheekbones! curvy hips! and I now having turned it round have a real tangible goal to work towards....
Just need to work on the exercise, having liver problems I suffer from fatigue so regualr exercise is hard to do, but I have just been out for a walk, something I haven't done for ages! and tonight I am going to start on my exercise bike... start with a few minutes and work up till I can do a bit each day...

So thanks for all the positive vibes it really helped me put my head back in 'the zone'.
