ok some days this will be filled with rubbish food....alright most days lol

Last week on kickstart so 22 pts today

Breakfast: 3 slices of ww bread toasted with tinned toms and mushrooms on top. 2pts

Lunch: no point soup, chopped up apple with yog poured over 1pt

dinner: ww chicken hotpot and veg 4.5pts

8 pts left some for a treat tonight
 
all sounds good, sometimes we do eat cr*p, but we mainly balance it out, thats what makes this dieting malarky bearable

Thought i start my food diary back up again.

breakfast: 40g branflakes and sultanas with the 1 milk 3pts

Lunch: 2 ham salad sandwhiches, stick of celery and some silverskin pickled onions 4pts

dinner: chicken 3pts carrots, broc 0pts 3 small yorkshire 1.5pts and gravy 0.5pts ( 5pts total )

snacks

chopped apple with LF natural yoghurt 1.5pts

Yesterday i had

b: 40g shreddies with the one milk 3pts

l: 2 ham salad sandwhiches with nimble bread 4pts

d: chicken and sweetcorn soup and a 3 slices of nimble 4pts ( was out late so in a rush )

and too much snacking to list lol ( was a weird kinda day ) but did use all my points
