nervous

Am so nervous, go to see LL counsellor for first time on tuesday. I feel like I'm going for a job interview. I know that once I get that out of the way I will ok. The thing is by going to her I am now admitting I have a weight problem. Not weighed myself in a year packed in smoking last year and have gained a couple of stone on top of what I already was (big)Really scared and am not usually like this. Can someone let me know what happens at the first meeting??

Don't worry too much, you will likely find that there are a few of you, there were 3 of us at mine. We watched a DVD, got a magazine and saw lots of before and after photos and stories, had a chat and stuff but was actually just fine, not scary at all.
I was a little worried, but I didn't feel any pressure or anything, it was like this is us, this is what we do, let us know if you want to join and was given the forms for the doctor to sign.

Yes, just like that. There is NO pressure at all, and no judging...very relaxed and informative leaving the decision to you. Good luck!
