Couples Dieting Together What Is Your Experience?

I thought I would do a poll to see what your experience is of doing a diet with your partner.

Well a week into my partners and i diets on slimming world i habe lost 4lb and my partner 7lb athough she had woman flu and upset tummy last week as week.

Me.

I'd have to say okay in principle, reality is another matter.

If my hubby cheats then i'm more likely to cheat, and vice versa. I joined up weight watchers and so did he to support me, but in 3 weeks he gained half a pound!
Unless both are really focussed and at the same stage in their head then it'll fail, imo.
