Two of us

It depends whether your partner is as committed as you are. If he wants to do it with you, his choice, then there shouldn't be any problems. However, if he is forced to do it, or feels coerced in any way, then there could be problems.

Hi Mary,

I have done it with my husband and it has been a very good experience, as it has made him more understanding:rolleyes: he did not have to lose very much, a little over a stone and half and has maintained for almost a year and half.

...out of it he has taken up cooking and turns out the most delicious meals now.

(So goes to show you can teach an old dog to do new tricks:p)

We have a good few couples on the boards doing it together:)

It could be very helpful having two of you in the house doing Cambridge together.

Would make the diet a whole lot easier all the way through.

I am able to have no non-CD food in the house which has made life a lot easier.

I know a fair few couples of all age-groups whom have started CD together and whom have been very successful.

Hope all goes well for you both
