Milk is allowed on Cambridge. Just depends on which plan you do.

Cambridge 790 (which includes milk or yoghurt) is still ketogenic. It's just that the SS plan is exactly that. Sole Source. No margin for error (if you do it correctly), and with the reduced calories, maximum weightloss:clap:

I have been on 790 for 17 weeks now and we are allowed 1/2 pint of skimmed milk per day or 150g of fat-free yoghurt - or half and half!

I went onto black coffee on SS and have stayed that way - I do like to use the yoghurt to make a sauce for quorn etc, though.
