Saggy skin for men...how likely?

Been reading various things across the web and I am really worried that I am going to end up with saggy skin. I am in my early 30's and trying to lose 30kg (66bs) on LL. I have lost almost 8kg (17.5lbs) already inside of 2 weeks on LL, but inside leg skin starting to look a little baggy which is setting off warning bells :(

Any words of experience from guys who are on or have done LL?

IMO - skin is the last cell to reabsorb itself. On any VLCD - you not only lose fat but also the extra tissue you need to carry your weight around eg skin, some muscle and blood. You gained the weight and extra tissue in proportion so you lose it in proportion too.

Skin takes time to to go back to what it will be - up to 18 months when maintaining the same/similar weight.

I also think it's down to genetics and age.

You'll have the skin of a guy in his early 30s when you are done and 18 months down the line, as a guy in his 50s would have the skin of a 50 year old.

Your water will help.....

In my experience, it's skin and "your head" that is the last to catch up with your new bod ! :D
