I'm meeting up for a pub lunch tomorrow with friends I haven't seen for a couple of years. looking forward to it and happy knowing I have a greater choice from menu than I would have on some other diets. Of course, the hidden syns like sauces are a pain.Nice to have food cook by others though.

Hope the weather clears up. Had a camcorder for xmas and hoping for a family time outside so I can faff with it and enjoy the fresh air. Been in all day today, cabin fever setting in.
